Internet connection not working properly

My name is Jarnail singh and my telephone number is 01628-280230 . i have broadband connection which is not working properly from last month. i have complained several times at samrala exchange at number 01628-262000 and bagli kalan exchange at number 01628-280198 but no one has taken my complaint into consideration

samrala exchange officer has told me several times that there is problem with your line and our line-man will come and fix it up but no one has reached till the date. I have paid full month's bill without using my net connection properly. i am fed up with the stories of bsnl officials so please help me to fix up my problem
