MOST OF THE TIME MY INTERNET OUT OF ORDER
I have taken a land line cum internet broad band from BSNL on 07.09.2011. The internet has hardly worked & still inoperative and phone was also not in operation for about two weeks. The technology of internet and phone vary reliable and private operators are managing very well. I have made many complaints but in vain. Now I want to disconnect the BSNL service. Can any one tell me whether I should pay installation and security charge or not?
