Broadband not working

Sir, I have BSNL landline 044 - 27934971. The broadband connection is not working. I complained on 26.9.2011 and the docket no. given was 59131754. It was not attended to. BSNL official enquired the problem over phone and we said that the modum on off button is not working. They said that we have to go to the Telephone Exchange at Minjur and get it changed. It is 4 KMs for us and we both are not able to go, as we are aged. So, we requested them to send a line man and change it. There was no action. Again I complained on 30.9.2011 and the docket no. was 59132021. No action was taken. Again I have complained on 9.11.2011 and the docket no. is 59134417. There was enquiry about the defect. This was informed. At least this time I request BSNL to be responsive and send a person to change the modum. I am paying the broadband charges every month. Urgent pl. How the previous two dockets were closed without setting right the grievance is not known to me. What is the purpose of giving docket nos. if they are to be closed without attending to the problem and getting reply from customer about satisfactory working. I need enlightenment.
