Delay in connection and poor response

I had applied for a broadband connection to be added to my existing BSNL landline connection on 5th of Nov'2011. I was told that the connection will be up and running within 3 working days. The equipment was put and installed by the engineer on 10th Nov, but it didn't start because of a poor reception of DSL network, I was told. I kept on speaking with the BSNL operators and local service areas, but they kept saying "dekh rahe h, sahi ho jayega".

Even after complaining numerous times, there is no response other than hearing "198 pe complaint book kara do".

Don't know what the future experience with BSNL will be like, if they are not even able to start thoe connection smoothly.

May be I need to drop the plan of using BSNL service itself, no need of it.

I don't know how this government organisation is alive, even with such worse costumer complaint handling.

The BSNL response has been always like this. It gives a clear indication how tho government organisations work.
