Removing my connection

I am Anil Sharma s/o Mohan Sharma Vill. Bamni Khera Distt . palwal Haryana. My landline no. is 01275263073 and I want to remoove my broadband connection. I have submitted my application on 27/10. But there is no any reponse from your side. My broadband bill is increaseing day by day. I try to contect bsnl exchanges of palwal and Hodal but they did not gave any answer. Please sir look into this matter.
