My Name is S.K.Ravi. I am a BSNL Broadband customer since february. On 13/10 i have sent a request for change of Broadband plan (through online), as per the instructions from BSNL service centre the plan will get activated from the subsequent month from the date of Request.(i.e. From the Month of November). But my Broadband Plan have not been changed till December. And I received my November month bill as per the existing Broadband Tariff Rate. I need my Broadband plan to be changed to BBGFN Combo 600 Plan. So Please accept my request to change my broadband Plan as immediate as possible .i enclose the following information to enable u to take your legal actions.
