I had applied for BSNL broad band conection in the first week of Feb. The phone was put on 17 Feb 12, but the broad band connection is still not working. Despite giving number of complaints no action has been taken by the BSNL, Jaipur. We are facing lots of problem as the BSNL is just not responding to our complaints.
