I am facing problems with my broadband speed from past 4 months. I have made several complaints to customer care number, but no one is take care of it. They will lodge a complaint and after 1 day, I will get a message on my mobile that your complaint is closed. I don't know what they are doing. After several attempts also, I did not got the problem resolved then I called the GTO, he said the problem will be resolved by today evening (March 10), but still the problem is same... Whom should I contact for my problem, please let me know. Or if BSNL is not able to provide the service, then please tell me I wil change my service provider.
