There is some problem in dealing problem, . in the first bill i was charged Rs.1200 extra, later i was asked to pay that with a promise that they would refund the amount .. it did not happen . after clearing this i needed bill, and the bill stated that i should pay the bill on 28/03, but my broadband connection was disconnected for non payment . i am asking peoples to provide a soft-copy of the bill and my payment . they are reluctant to provide...
whenever there is problem i get a wrong information about the problem and they don't rectify the problem until i pressurize ..
i want a good service from BSNL Broadband.
When ever i go to BSNL exchange of our area they dont give acknowledgement for any letter i give, and they dont keep up the word they say.
