Sir,

I have subscribed for BSNL Broadband few days back.

I have applied for Rs.900 plan. As per the plan i should be provided with 4mbps upto 8gb of data transfer.

but i am getting only 1.8mbps speed. i have complained to the BSNL Customer care about this issue and registered a complaint.

2 days later i got a message that MY complaint is closed without any action being undertaken.

I have complained to the concerned officers in the BSNL office itself for atleast 5times., they have promised me that the connection will be upgraded.

But my Connection is not yet upgraded, still i get only 1.8 mbps speed.

please help me in this issue..
