The phone link for my BSNL Broadband keeps connecting and disconnecting all day and in the evening between 5pm to 6pm the link disconnects and is not restored till late at night i.e., after 11 or 12 pm. This has been happening since June 2 and I have made multiple complaints on the broadband complaint numbers and have also given a complaint letter to the concerned Nodal officer at the shillong office and also Emailed my complaint to the nodal officer shillong and nodal officer North East 1. But have not seen any positive steps taken by the renowned BSNL
Only the line-man calls on the land-line phone and asks if the internet is working, I say it is not and he says "Ok We will look into it'.
The officials at BSNL are not bothered about the problems faced by their customers but if i miss a payment of a single month (for unavoidable reasons) the phone is promptly cut. I guess they forget that their salaries come from the taxes we pay.
Please help me and show me a way of dealing with the above.
