I opted for Broad Band Home combo 299 on 26th May.
On receiving the bill for may apart from amount of Rs.299/- for BB,
extra amounts Rs.57.87 as Fixed charge and Rs.90.60 as broadband usage charge has been added to my bill.
As per the upload/download limit from the bsnl broad band site, i have used on 348MB against 1GB for the month.
On enquiring, i got the information that the billing is correct.
There is prompt response from the BB accounts section, but not giving details on how this amount was calculated.
The service part response is zero.
