Dear Sir/Madam,
I had requested for an New Broadband connection with BSNL on 1st Feb and got the number allotted in few days (Request no. 64132639), but till now their is no response in providing with the connection at my home. After being following it up with the concern person on regular basis, every time he comes with one or the other excuse.
Can this be taken as a complaint and take it forward for doing the needful.
