BSNL, Broad band for U P East
Plan 250 home not getting changed to unlimited home

Sir,

i have a broad band connection at my home (Plan 250 Home) and have requested several times to get it changed to unlimited home (Plan 550) but till date it is not changed and I have to make payment of Rs 1500/- or more every month.
