We have BSNL internet broadband connection at our home, the facility was alright for initial few weeks, but then gradually it became worse.
The recent incident at issue is that the internet connection is not working from past 1 month, we have registered a number of complaints at teh BSNL office, recieved docket number, and have also talked to BSNL officials and local network guys, but in vain. There has been no action taken or no action taken to correct the issue.
Could there be some action taken against such a ignoring act which I amnot sure is out of laid back attitude or deliberate ignorance.
