Bsnl broadband internet
BSNL non functional Internet Service and No service from BSNL

Please be noted that Internet service provded from BSNL thru the land line conection in my residence is non-functional since past one month.

This is not the first time, Even last time also it was non-functional for 3 month and after struggling badly with BSNL, they attended same.

Now again i am struggling with them and calling them everydayand making complains but there is no hearing from their side at all.

I am 67 year old and cannont run to their office everyday, though paying the phone bills timely.

Please help me.
