My broad band / Internet connection not functioning against my land line telephone number 06760-269280 in last 03 month in spite of repeated followups and complain to the concerned Telephone Exchange but I have com pail to pay the broad band charges regularly to BSNL authority till date with out use of the internet connection. The BSNL authority is not leasining and not providing any discount on monthly band charges in telephone bill in spite of any fault in my part.
