BSNL BroadBand One TIme Charges
BroadBand One TIme Charges: Already Paid

I transferred my bsnl connection to attingal from Shangumukham exchange this February. I had already paid the braodband connection charges at Pattom, Trivandrum for my telephone number- 04712508908.

When I transferred the phone to Attingal number changed as 04702624708. Along with it my broadband wireless connection was also transferred.

In April I received a bill stating that have to pay an amount of 1862 /- by 09/05 which is mentioned as One time charges for my broadband connection. I had already paid this while taking the connection previously at Pattom.

Please could you clarify on why I have been sent to pay these chargers again. Also please let me know a reply on this by tomorrow as the due date for the bill payment is mentioned as 09/05 and I am not getting any reply through telephone inquiries at number 04712575663
