Hello, I am one of the users of the BSNL Broadband Services form last 2 years. Up to previous month, I was getting the Broadband bill around 500-600 Rs/- per month.
But this month, suddenly I received the billing amount 1364 Rs/- because of Music on Hungama. If BSNL has given this site for this kind of purpose, they should mentioned earlier to all of the consumers of the BSNL users.
But this is something that can not be obvious. BSNL has to answer for it otherwise this issue will be charged against them in the consumer court by all the BSNL users within short period of time.
Will we get the correct answer at right time?
