Unable to access account usage

I took my bsnl connection again this mid june which was disconnected by me for a couple of months in between. since then i m unable to check my account usage at dataone.in, i want to know that the password and user id for login are same which we use for connecting bsnl??? or its different??? its causing me great problem as everytime our broadband bill is more than the plan. please must reply and help me to check my account usage.
