20% REBATE BEING NOT ALLOWED ON MONTHLY BILLING

I am a very old customer of BSNL. I was lured by BSNL that their charges are less and services are better. In addition being a PSU staff I will also get 20% rebate on my monthly billing. I applied for the same on 10.05.10 and the same was registered in BSNL OFFICE (ALAMBAGH, LUCKNOW) ON 26.05.10 thereafter I met each and every official of ALAMBAGH Exchage/lodged so may complaints to GM's Office, met DGM SHRI Mishra at Alambagh Office and again an application of that extent has been submitted on 17.07.10, to GM/DGM but still 20% discount is not being given on monthly bills. Kindly do the needful or I will left with no option but to switch overtosome other service provider.
