BROAD BAND IS NOT WORKING SINCE 6 MONTHS AND THE BILLS RECEIVED REGULARLY FROM BSNL AND PAID BY US REGULARLY

Dear Sir,

We have a BSNL Broad band service which not working since last 6 month and we are receiving the bills continiously and the same was paid regularly without fail. We have made several complaints to BSNL but regret to inform the line starts for 2 mnts and gets disconnect immediately. BSNL service engineers are not at all attending the complaint nor they rectify the problem. Now a days all children get their school notes alos online wherin, we face this problem. We request your good self to kindly look in to this matter seriously and help us solve this problem so that, we get satisfactory service from our Broad Band provider.
