RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
FROM LAST 1 WEEKS MY BROAD BAND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ITS SHOWING SOME ERROR AND SOMETIMES LANDLINE PHONE ALSO GIVE PROBLEM. I HAVE FORWARDED MY COMPLAINT TO SERVICE PROVIDER BUT THEY SAID YOUR PHONE LINE HAVE PROBLEM. TILL NOW NO ACTION HAS TAKEN . THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN COMING SINCE LAST 4 MONTHS AND EVEN I LODGED A COMPLAINTS MANY TIMES WHEN I MADE COMPLAINT ON TELEPHONE THEY CALLED ME BACK AND IN VERY ROUGH VOICE THEY TOLD ME NOT TO MAKE THESE TYPE OF COMPLAINT...
