Recently BSNL has changed the working website www.dataone.bsnl.in to www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in.. (worst site, which never opens and it goes into search mode)
BSNL didn't provide any information of this change.. and i was trying the website www.dataone.bsnl.in daily for 15 days.. and when called 1500 (in the queue for 20 minutes) they say that the site is changed..
and the registration was also difficult.
Is this the way of service you provide to the customer? You should post the message in your old website stating the new website address change, that will make all the customer understand ..
Please improve your service, else you will be back when compared to the private ISP.
