I have a BSNL broadband for the past 7 years or more, from last 3 weeks, the Internet has stopped working we called up various people at the BSNL office, but the buck was passed from technician to lineman and some "sahib". Last week a lineman came and inspected the connection after several calls he said there is a "problem" in the line. After that nobody has come to repair the problem. we have desperately spoken to every possible person in the BSNL office but our complaints have fallen on deaf ears and no one has bothered to visit and check the connection. we have been very regular with out bills the least we expect them is to provide us service if not good service.
