Unable to disconnect pre-paid broadband & connecting post paid broadband from 41 days

I am Neelam Sharma. I am a Software Developer.

I am an user of BSNL pre-paid broadband, but it is too costly for me. So I have been applied to disconnect broadband pre-paid connection on 29-July, together I have applied for new post-paid plan i.e. HOME 250. When I called them many time n month of August about new post paid plan activation they said that there is some problem in server at Chandigarh we will soon connect your post paid broadband. After that I went to main office Hiran Magri Sec- 4 on 28-August there I came to know that they have lost my application, on that day the main officer named P.M jain told me to give new application of disconnecting & for new post-paid plan. I did same, write application & filled new form for post paid. From 29-August onwards

I regularly called on numbers - 0294-2464242, 0294-2524400, 0294006, 0294-2464242, 0294-2523009. But they told me to call to another number for disconnecting, for getting new user id. Then I went to BSNL office Chetak Circle on 3-September, here one office viewed my detail & told me that "your Pre-paid has been disconnected & post-paid is in WORKING condition please take your user id & password for configuration from 0294-2523009. Then I got user id from one office of BSNL & configured broadband.

But I am unable to run as no Data link there (I have complaint about it). Yesterday (07-September) one office came to my home for correcting data problem then he said that "Your pre-paid connection still activate so I can't configure your post-paid". He told me to give the correct state of connection today. But he said today that please call 0294-2524400, I called there but office did not came.

So I want to say that who will disconnect my pre-paid broadband & start new plan as no one in BSNL able to do this because they all are very unclear about the concept of connecting or disconnecting pre-paid in Udaipur circle. Can anyone help me as 41 days are already spent in connecting or disconnecting?? Very bad service!!!
