Oadband disconnected even bill comes

Sub: Braodband disconnected but bill still coming.

Problem is In January broadband has been disconnected,

a lady named "Tiamaiah" who placed modem for connection, took the modem back on January.

Now from Feb onwards Bill should not come at all.

But after even making many complains to BSNL department,

and sending fax for cacellation of bill, no one has taken any action till date i.e. 23 Apr.

Can i expect any solution o my problem.
