Disconnectivity of broadband

Dear sir,

I am using bsnl broadband service. I had no connectivity from 30 Dec to 7 Jan.

My complaint number in bsnl office is 49153.

This was due to laziness of the lineman and some senior persons working in bsnl (Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra)

So it is my request to you that bill for the duration of dis connectivity should not be given to me
