Hi,
I got a BSNL broad band connection on sep 09. Till now I did not receive any bills. When I check with the Billing personnel in the office they just asked me to give complaint in post office as the billing address in the system is correct. But I told them that I received my bank statements and other bills with the same address. then they told me that they are helpless in this case. Please suggest me what to do.
