Hi, my name is Subin (0265-2636603) and I am using BSNL Broadband (550 Plan) since more than a year. Earlier also we faced problem in regards to Broadband which was rectified after several number of complaints and calls.

I filed a complained at the BSNL office saying that the internet is not able to connect (DSL Link) on April 20. They did not do anything about it and the complained was removed. Again I filed a complaint on April 27, May 1 and still the complain is pending and its not resolved.

I called their number 0265-2633333 and tried to speak to people there but they said that it will be done and no other response was given and the problem still remains. Today morning I spoke to somebody in the name of Mr. Patil about the problem and he said that same thing.

Earlier, when I met a guy personally at BSNL office (don't remember the name) he said that we never planned to give BSNL broadband at your area.

There are number of people using BSNL Broadband in my area, in fact my neighbor uses the same service and he rarely comes across any problem, so why me?

Am I wasting my money and time just making complains calls.

If my internet does not work for 10 days, are they going to deduct that amount for which I did not use my internet? Ofcourse NO...

Can I have any answer to it?

Is my problem going to solve someday?

I'm not just looking for an answer but I am also looking for the solution.
