BAD SERVICE OF BROADBAND

HI,

Iam vijayshanker tewari. i had taken the connection of broadband in the month of january. it si the plan of rs.499 (4 G.B. usage). but i am using only till 4 G.B. BUT BSNL charges too.for it more than its uses. now services of bsnl is too worst.
