Delaying shifting phone connection and internet facility

We have a telephone connection with Internet facility in 04734-267935 at Thumpamon Telephone Exchange. Recently our residence has changed from Kuzhikandathil house, Muttam. P.O, Thumpamon to Kochutahyyil veedu, H.No.8/54, Thumpamon. We have filed an application at Pandalm Customer Care Centre of BSNL on 20/04.But no action is hither to taken for shifting. When we approached Thumpamon Exchange, we got a response that no intimation received from Pandalam BSNL Customer Care Centre.

So, I request you to do needful if you found it reasonable.
