My BSNL Broadband Internet Connection is very very poor. Even if I complain to BSNL people they say they are busy and issue never gets resolved.
I submitted complaints around 3 months ago. But, no one responded to that yet.
This issue is not just for me. It's for almost all the people in and around the place I stay. But, not one looks into the issue.
It's a shame on part of BSNL. Only solution to all these issues is not to make the jobs of BSNL people permanent. There should be performance appraisal for all the employees. Person who don't perform should be fired during a course of time (after giving deadlines).
What should be done to get my issues pertaining to BSNL to get resolved?
