Sir,
i have taken an internet connection of bsnl broadband in december'09' with which i got a landline phone.
this landline phone didnt work properly.since many months i am noticing that my landline phone get disconnected on friday night or saturday.this time also the same thing happens.
In a month this phone get disconnected minimum 8-10 days.always i complain whoseever sit there he listen complain and let it to be pending till 2-3 days and by this we suffer.i dont have that much time to do complain many a times.this is not the first time.many a times it happen thats why this time i am taking this action.
kindly, do something against this.
i need a proper phone and a proper connection if not then this time i will not put any complain i will simply withdraw from bsnl connection and will take some other.
