I have been using BSNL broadband for the past four months. My phone number is 044-26550985. I activated BSNL Gaming free trial for one month. I had a call from BSNL officials stating me the trial is to be ended. So I decided to deactivate them and replied the executive who called me from BSNL to end my game plan. But I have been charged Rs.200 (game plan fee) extra every month for four months. Please give me a solution as soon as possible. I am highly frustrated of this act.
