Application for disconnection of internet and phone

Dear Sir, I Tamam Hussein Younus (Telephone # 24578221) applied for disconnection of my internet and telephone services on 29-9, i was asked to pay the pending bill of rupees 1131/- for closing of account procedures which i paid on same dated 29-09, at 00603, Cc charminar bearing bill # 7530245. Surprisingly i received a call from BSNL on dated 23-10 for non payment of telephone bill. Could you please let us know why our telephone line and internet sercvices still active according to BSNL staff negligence moreover let us know what shall i do to resolve this.
