Not cancelling the service of INDIA TIMES

I have by mistake activated service on 58888 by india times on my BSNL NO. 9415277811. i have tried many times to unsubscribe the services, called customer care many times but the result remains same every month they deduct rs 30 from my balance. i request your attention in this matter
