I have taken the 3g device of bsnl of 7.2 mbps worth rs.2500/- before purchasing the device i had enquired wheather i will get the service or not they convinced me that 3g is available in my area and when i purchased it and plugged in, i am getting breaking signals when i am complaining regarding this no one is responding to it they convinced me that it will give speed of 2kbps in my area now it is not giving hardly 30kbps, when i am complaing again again they tell i am only 1 customer in that area they can't do anything no 1 is ready to take it serious in bsnl customer services they are not providing any proper info i am not understanding what to do now, where should i complaint?
