I have been using BSNL broad band of 1 GB only on my land-line no. and also i did not get my bills of September and October which has been issued to us now in December and we received our bill on 14 Jan.
This bill has a column of adjustment for music on demand which i never wanted to have and i remember one lady from a call center called me and asking me about this but i told her also that i don't want this service because i have broadband of only 1 GB so i can't use it and i don't want to use it then she told me to give my email id so that i can see more of the information on their services.now, when i called customer care they are telling me that u gave your email id so it is activated which i never wanted and also they did not give me any activation confirmation so that i could saw it and tell them to deactivate.
this type of inconvenience is not at all acceptable.i am giving my details of broad band and email id below
