Sir,

I was offered a free package of games on demand for one month in the month of october. But i wanted to unsubscribe at the stroke of first month itself and tried many times to the toll free no.1800-4250500 but always busy. In the month of november i could speak to them and as per their instructions i unsubscribed and placed a request for deactivation..But the charges for the games were included in the bill to my utter surprise. I was advised to contact 1500.Every month before the bill preparation date reminders were given to 1500 but of no use. Every month amount for the games is being included. Latest on jan18. also i got it confirmed from 1500 that it has been deactivated in the last month itself

but again in this month jan. an amount of 200Rs. is included. As per CROs

direction, this e_ mail is sent for your records to take necessary steps and and adjust the amount in the future bills. A total amount of Rs.496.77

has been paid so far upto jan month.
