CHANGE OF BROADBAND COMBO PLAN

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

this is to bring to your kind attention that for last 2 mths the BSNL staff (both St. Thomas & Patelnagar branches) are not cooperating to change my broadband plan from 600combo (2.5gb plan) to 625 combo (ultd plan). I had given my first application on 26Nov10 which was rejected for unknown reason by the BSNL staff. At second time I had changed my plan online on 30Nov10 and the status is still pending till now.

After requesting several times the BSNL staff are not cooperating with me hence I seek your assistance.

I would appreciate if you could do the needful.
