BSNL
No services provided despite of payment taken

Hi Team,

I requested for a BSNL Broadband connection through the BSNL representative on 29-Jan. The person came to my place H.No#A-37, Sanjay Gram, Opp. Sector-14, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001.

A person from BSNL office took the payment for Rs. 2350 on 29-Jan & filled the application form. He gave me a work order no. 749. When I tried calling the person (Shailendra Chauhan) who came for feasibility check on his mobile number (9416026055) he doesn't respond or he disconnects the call.
