Broadband Disconnect, No Action Taken

Sir/Madam,

I have complaint a many times to BSNL authorities regarding my problem i.e the Broadband connection keeps on redialing again and again every 1-2 minutes. I am fed up of this and also complained for it many times. This month i have complained 3 times and the action is NIL!!! I have 500C plan for Broadband and I am using there services for past 2 years! But now Because of this I am Fed Up!

Please Please consider upon my request and take the necessary action.
