I was shocked to see the current bill dated 19/03 amounting to Rs.1929/-for my mobile no.9419221575. As I am using the GPRS unlimited @Rs. 249/- per month and my bill never exceeded 500/-or 600/- per month. Message regarding the gprs is capped at 6GB per month, should have sent well in advance of the current month, so that one would have disconnected the GPRS service but bsnl deptt.sent the message at the fag end of the month, this clearly show their malafide intentions to generate maximum revenue by hook or by crook from customers, such deceiving tactics are mostly done by private companies particurlarly of low standard, but I had not expected such things from bsnl, I therefore warn them to desist from such activities and mend their ways otherwise I have to seek the advice of court of law. I further add that my GPRS service may be discontinued with immediate effect.
