BSNL
De-activation of Games On Demand services

Date:21-03-11,

Visakhapatnam.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We've been offered a free trial of your india games services for the month of December which we had activated with BSNL broadband. After the free trial, we had requested for the de-activation of the services by calling up to the toll-free number 18004250500 which wasn't answered on the 31st of December. I called the same number on the 1st of January and requested for the de-activation. I was told that the services had been de-activated and I won't be charged for it which didn't happen. I have been charged Rs.200 for the month of February and March without even using it. I request you to look into this matter and make sure that the service is de-activated IMMEDIATELY. I also request you to see that the amount I have paid for the previous two months are deducted in the next bill. Expecting your reply soon.

My phone number is : 0891-2549165

Thanking You,

Yours faithfully,

Tejesh.
