Wrong Bill

Dear Sir

I am existing customer of BSNL. I had a Broad band Annual Home plan 750 .In year 2010. Which expired on 31.08.2010.I applied in "black & white" on 20.08.2010 (i.e 11 days earlier than expiry) to continue my plan ahead for one year. It could not be continued upto Jan. After many efforts of 05 months I am directed to deposite Rs7280.00 in the month March.as annual payment for the period (01.02.2011 to31.01.2012.)

I deposited Rs 7280.00 at Barabanki Telephone Exchange on 05.03.2011.After that today I got a bill having amount of Rs 4380.00.Why so?

Note:- I am Govt Employ.
