Broad Band not shifted alongwith Land Phone

Sir,

I requested to shift my land line phone along with Broadband (Home Combo 500 Plan) from Kurmaguda, Saidabad, Hyderabad to Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad.

Even after a lapse of more than a week no action was taken to shift my Broadband.

Any number of calls made to BSNL authorities were not attended to.

This is the state of affairs in Government run Company.

Once again I reguest to kindly look into the matter and arrange to shift my Broadband to new address.
