My broadband connection is not working since 03 May even many times approached with BSNL staff Sector 24, Noida in written / verbal on daily complains. Generally they are promissing to rectifiy it tomorrow or today but still they had not fulfilled it. Please make me free from this problem otherwise I will knock the door of RTI.
