I applied for New broadband Landline NTC home connection on 15.10.2011 at BSNL EXCHANGE, Haridwar.
But I am still to hear from BSNL regarding the issue after period of more than 15 days. And no satisfactory reply has been made by BSNL officials in Shivalk Nagar & Haridwar exchange every time when I contacted to them.
As this connection is urgently needed by me & no responsible reply has been made by BSNL officials in the issue till date.
In view of above, i wish to complaint agsinst BSNL customer service at Haridwar & request to get the issue sorted at earliest.
