Landline telephone completely dead since 15 days

My land line telephone No. is 23482260. I have located in Kebbehalla, Sunkadakatte, Bangalore. and moreover I got Broadband connection also.

Since last 15 days, I repeatedly complaining about the fault of my landline telephone. Nobody responded positively, after the 4th attempt in Anjananagar Telephone Exchange, they have registered my complaint on 08/11 by providing the Registration Number as 389.

This is a very poor response which I am experiencing many times with BSNL. Please note that, if the service is not upto the mark BSNL may have close its existence in the near future or it should be completely privatised.

Please don't ignore the customers complaints as we are in need of very urgent circumstances. This will be a big loss to me as I have missed lot of my career opportunities which I have to attend in time.

I am also requesting the concerned officials to provide rebate on the billing for not providing services for the long time.
